You can export all of your site content, such as pages, posts, forums etc.  You do this from your admin 'Tools' area: This is handy for if you want to move to another Wordpress hosting service or want to set up Wordpress on your own domain. Then just use the 'Import' link to restore your content.

    • How do I remove the menu bar from the front end of my site? You can do this by simply editing your profile and un-ticking (un-checking) this option: 'Show toolbar when viewing site'. However, be careful when you do this as it could hide the link for a member to edit their profile. Use the 'Meta' widget so they can still access their profile.
