Under the ‘Tools’ menu in your admin panel, you will see the following options:

Click one of the options, depending on what you’ve been asked to do. On the next page, enter their email address and make sure you tick (check) the option for them to confirm their email.

Once they have confirmed, you can proceed with their request:

After this, you can send them the link to download their data, or delete it:
